PROPOSED BOND ISSUE AND TAX LEVY - HAMILTON CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
Shall the Hamilton City School District, be authorized to do the following:
(1) Issue bonds for the purpose of NEW CONSTRUCTION, ADDITIONS,
RENOVATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO SCHOOL FACILITIES AND
PROVIDING EQUIPMENT, FURNISHINGS AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS THEREFOR in the principal amount of Seventy - Two million dollars ($72,000,000), to be repaid annually over a maximum period of twenty-eight (28) years, and levy a property tax outside of the ten-mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to average over the bond repayment period four and ninety one hundredths (4.91)
mills, for each one dollar of valuation which amounts to forty nine and one tenth cents ($0.491) for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation, commencing in 2006, first due in calendar year 2007, to pay the annual debt charges on the bonds, and to pay debt charges on any notes issued in anticipation of those bonds?
(2) Levy an additional property tax to PROVIDE FUNDS FOR GENERAL PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS at a rate not exceeding one-half (0.5) mill for each one dollar of tax valuation, which amounts to five cents ($0.05) for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2006, first due in calendar year 2007?

PROPOSED DECREASE OF RATE OF TAX LEVIED - MASON CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
At the election held on March 19, 1996, voters approved a tax levy of 9.8 mills for a continuing period of time for the benefit of Mason City School District for the purpose of CURRENT EXPENSES. A petition filed by electors proposes a decrease in the rate of the tax to 9.79 mills; being a reduction of 0.01 mill.

PROPOSED DECREASE OF RATE OF TAX LEVIED -MASON CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
At the election held on May 8, 2001, voters approved a tax levy of 6.95 mills, and which may increase in two increments of not more than 1.5 mills for each dollar of valuation, to a maximum rate of 9.95 mills for each dollar of valuation (the original 6.95 mills is levied in 2001, and the two 1.5 mill increments are for 2002 and 2003 respectively for a continuing period of time for the benefit of Mason City School District for the purpose of CURRENT EXPENSES. A petition filed by electors proposes a decrease in the rate of the tax to 9.94 mills; being a reduction of 0.01 mill.

Shall a levy be imposed by the Monroe Local School District, Counties of Butler and Warren, Ohio, for the purpose of PROVIDING FOR THE EMERGENCY REQUIREMENTS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT, in the sum of $1,119,280 per year, and a levy of taxes to be made outside of the ten-mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to average four and thirty-nine hundredths (4.39) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to forty-three and nine tenths cents ($0.439) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five (5) years, commencing in 2006, first due in calendar year 2007.

Shall a levy be imposed by the Northwest Local School District, Counties of Hamilton and Butler, Ohio, for the purpose of PROVIDING FOR THE EMERGENCY REQUIREMENTS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT, in the sum of $8,200,000 per year, and a levy of taxes to be made outside of the ten-mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to average four and eighty-eight hundredths (4.88) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to forty-eight and eight tenths cents ($0.488) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for three (3) years, commencing in 2006, first due in calendar year 2007?

An additional tax for the benefit of Butler County for the purpose of OPERATING MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE PROGRAMS AND MAINTAINING AND OPERATING MENTAL HEALTH FACILITIES BY THE BUTLER COUNTY MENTAL BOARD at a rate not exceeding one (1) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to ten cents ($0.10) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five (5) years, commencing in 2006, first due in calendar year 2007.

An additional tax for the benefit of Butler County for the purpose of THE CONCTRUCTION OR ACQUISITION OF A PERMANENT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT; NAMELY, TO PROVIDE A SUITABLE PLACE FOR IMPOUNDING DOGS AS AUTHORIZED IN SECTION 955.15 OF THE REVISED CODE, at a rate not exceeding five tenths (0.5) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to five cents ($0.05) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of one year, commencing in 2006, first due in calendar year 2007.
