Primary Election is Tuesday, March 4, 2008
Polls are open 6:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Registration Closes: February 4, 2008 for the March 4 Primary Election.
Special Election may be Held on August 5, 2008
Polls are open 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Registration Closes: July 7, 2008 for the Special Election.
General Election is Tuesday, November 4, 2008.
Polls are open 6:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Registration Closes: October 6, 2008 for the November 4 General Election.
Mailed in registration forms sent to a county Board of Elections or the Secretary of State's office must be postmarked 30 days before an election to
be valid for the election.
- Your written request for a mailed ballot must be received at the Board of Elections by 12 Noon Saturday, November 1 for the November 4, 2008 General Election.
- Request an absentee ballot as early as possible and allow enough time if returning ballot by mail delivery to meet the return deadline.
- All voted absentee ballots must be received by the Board of Elections office by 7:30 p.m. on Election Day in order to be counted.
