STEINER FUND
Statement of Purpose
The charge given the Steiner Fund Trustees by the Board when it established the Steiner Fund in 1965 was "to further and broaden the League's effort to let the people know, make the people care, and help the people act." Steiner Trustees continue to act in accordance with that purpose. Disbursements are made at the trustees' discretion to support League activities such as program, action, membership promotion, and public relations that cannot be funded by the Ed Fund with its 501(c)(3) funds.
Recent disbursements have supported League membership projects and updates of the League's website.
Contributions to the fund are welcome, but are not tax deductible.
